gk22 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Agreement for Bangladesh

01 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the gk22 online betting and casino platform, accessible at gk22. bar ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of this Platform, you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

gk22 operates as an internationally licensed offshore online betting and casino platform. Our services are made available to players in Bangladesh who meet the eligibility criteria defined in Section 2 of these Terms. Access to and use of the Platform is entirely voluntary. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction before registering.

These Terms apply to all products available on the Platform, including but not limited to: sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, slots, fishing games, and any other gaming or wagering product that gk22 may introduce from time to time. Specific products may be subject to additional rules, which will be published on the relevant product pages and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative and binding version. In the event of any conflict between the English text and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

02 Account Eligibility

To register and use the gk22 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of gk22, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by gk22 or any recognised responsible gambling organisation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

gk22 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings generated from an ineligible account may be voided and withheld pending investigation.

03 Registration and KYC Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one account on the gk22 Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

gk22 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (Bangladesh or other jurisdiction)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) confirming your registered address
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number)

KYC documents are processed within four business hours during standard operating periods. gk22 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may have their withdrawal suspended until documentation is received.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. gk22 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify gk22 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. gk22 accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to keep account credentials secure.

04 Deposits

Deposits made to your gk22 account are processed using the payment methods listed above. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit specified by gk22, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.

4.1 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your gk22 account within seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one business hour to reflect on your account balance. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, you must contact gk22 support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. gk22 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Third-party deposits are considered a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, return of the deposited amount to the source account, and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

4.3 Currency

All account balances and transactions on gk22 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts. gk22 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to all players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible.

5.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within two to four business hours for verified accounts. During peak periods — including BPL match days and major tournament settlement windows — processing may take up to 12 hours. gk22 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard BDT transactions.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its applicable wagering requirement before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held for security review if unusual account activity is detected.
• gk22 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.

5.3 Failed Withdrawals

If a withdrawal cannot be completed due to an error with the destination payment account (e.g., an inactive bKash number or a closed bank account), the funds will be returned to your gk22 account balance. You will be asked to provide an alternative payment account. gk22 is not liable for delays caused by payment provider outages or maintenance windows.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

gk22 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only; existing players are not eligible to re-claim welcome offers under any circumstances.
• gk22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are used after real-money funds are exhausted in any given game round.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or placing opposing bets across accounts — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and account review.

6.2 Wagering on Sports Bonuses

Sports betting bonuses are subject to minimum odds requirements where specified. Bets placed on markets with odds below the stated minimum do not contribute to wagering completion. Cricket, football, and kabaddi match bets generally qualify in full, subject to the specific offer terms.

07 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on gk22 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. These rules are available on the individual sport and market pages. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the Platform.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

gk22 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on specific markets, by specific accounts, or above specific stake thresholds. A bet is only confirmed when a confirmation message and bet reference number are issued to the player. A bet shown as "pending" has not been accepted and does not constitute a binding wager.

7.2 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. The odds shown at the time you place your bet are the odds at which your bet is accepted, provided the bet is confirmed before any odds change is applied. gk22 uses "Request a Bet" functionality for certain markets where odds may be quoted on request.

7.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the bet was placed on an incorrect market due to a pricing error; evidence of market corruption or match-fixing is confirmed; or a technical error caused the odds to be materially misquoted. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account balance in full.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are available for select cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play bets are accepted subject to market suspension rules. During key moments of play — such as wickets falling in cricket or goals in football — markets may be temporarily suspended. gk22 is not liable for bets not accepted during suspension windows.

08 Casino and Games

The gk22 casino product includes live dealer games, RNG (Random Number Generator) slots, fishing games, and other electronic gaming products. All casino games are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others.

8.1 RNG Certification

All RNG-based games on the Platform use certified random number generation systems. Outcomes are statistically independent between rounds. No betting strategy, pattern recognition, or external tool can predict or influence game outcomes. Players who believe a game has malfunctioned should contact support immediately and cease play on that title until the matter is investigated.

8.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, gk22 reserves the right to void any game round affected by the malfunction and return stakes to the players involved. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle applied to all technical errors in casino products. gk22 is not liable for winnings that were generated as a direct result of a software error or malfunction.

8.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed from third-party studios. Stream quality is subject to your internet connection and device capability. Disconnection during a live game round does not void the bet; the round will be settled according to the game outcome as recorded by the studio. If a disconnection prevents a player from completing a required game action, the game's default rule applies.

09 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gk22 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and closure.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or market anomalies for guaranteed profit (commonly known as "arbing" where prohibited by specific offer terms).
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game format.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment account.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting corruption.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software.
• Using VPN services or other IP masking tools to circumvent geographic access controls.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any other unlawful financial purpose.

gk22 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where prohibited conduct is identified. Player data may be shared with relevant authorities as required by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

gk22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable, or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, you must make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gk22's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Account Termination

gk22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The player is engaging in or has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• The player has initiated a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute.
• The player is below the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Verified balances belonging to players who have not engaged in prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of the investigation.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting gk22 support. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Outstanding bets settled after a closure request will be credited and available for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

14 Amendments to These Terms

gk22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on their account, and will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Pending bets at the time of a Terms update will be settled under the version of the Terms in effect at the time the bet was placed.
